A DID platform project under “death is just part of the Journey of dying”.

A project with a lot of ups and downs, heartbreaking conversations, and a view from a perspective I’ve never seen before. To me, this was the first project that taught me what UX was - and what it could be. The hardest and most fulfilling process in my portfolio so far.

The research put me in front of frontliners, asking what being near death does to a person, and the answer went the opposite way to what I expected: being close to it made them appreciate life more, not jaded by it. That flipped the concept. Instead of a project about dying it became one about small nudges of our own mortality, and an app built around using them to plan and live a fuller life.
